Teren zielony na naszym podwórku został założony wiele lat temu. Z upływem lat posadzone rośliny uległy zniszczeniu i teren ten utracił nie tylko estetykę ale i swoje dawne funkcje. W naszej okolicy zamieszkuje dużo starszych osób, dla których zwłaszcza w upalne dni, spacer do Parku Kościuszki jest dużym wyzwaniem.
